My name is Russ Mitchell and I am the Lead Technician at Modern Managed IT.
2. WHAT DOES YOUR JOB AT MODERN MANAGED IT ENTAIL?
As the technical leader here at Modern Managed IT, I am also known as the “fixer of things”.
3. WHAT DREW YOU TO WORK FOR MODERN MANAGED IT?
I was drawn to work for Modern Managed IT because of the leadership team and the business model. Bret, Luis, and Sean are incredible leaders in the tech and business industries, and our visions aligned well.
4. FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT MODERN MANAGED IT?
My favorite part about working at Modern Managed IT, is the freedom I have to ensure our customers are taken care of the right way. I also enjoy that we work on employing the best team we can find, locally.
5. FUN FACT ABOUT YOU:
Something that most people don’t know about me is that my hand-to-eye coordination is incredibly accurate.

My favorite local business is Southerleigh at the Pearl.

I love to start my mornings with Taco Palenque – Fajitas w/Cheese, Sour Cream, Quac, and Salsa.
