1. WHAT IS YOUR NAME & POSITION AT MODERN MANAGED IT?
My name is Kenneth Martindale, and I am a Technician at Modern Managed IT.
2. WHAT DOES YOUR JOB AT MODERN MANAGED IT ENTAIL?
As a Technician, I am in charge of front-line customer support. I handle a wide variety of issues from simple software and hardware troubleshooting to account management and network configuration.
3. WHAT DREW YOU TO WORK FOR MODERN MANAGED IT?
I was drawn to work for Modern Managed IT because of the amazing people I’d get to interact with daily! Modern Managed IT strives to delight customers with every interaction, and it seemed like a great culture that I wanted to be a part of.
4. FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT MODERN MANAGED IT?
My favorite part of the job is the fact that I get to constantly meet new people and clients on a daily basis. I love being exposed to new environments and experiences everyday.
5. FUN FACT ABOUT YOU:
Most people don’t know that I used to be an EMT with a volunteer ambulance service based out in West Texas.
6. FAVORITE LOCAL BUSINESS:
My favorite local business is the Dragon’s Lair comic book shop at Medical Center. They have a wide variety of comics, games, and there is always someone fun to chat with about whatever your interests might be.
7. FAVORITE BREAKFAST TACO
I love to start my mornings with a chorizo taco!
