1. WHAT IS YOUR NAME & POSITION AT MODERN MANAGED IT?
My name is Daniel Leal, and I am a Level II Technician at Modern Managed IT.
2. WHAT DOES YOUR JOB AT MODERN MANAGED IT ENTAIL?
As a Level II Technician, I am in charge of troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing our customer’s relationships with their technology.
3. WHAT DREW YOU TO WORK FOR MODERN MANAGED IT?
I wanted to join the Modern Managed IT team because I was drawn to the idea of challenging the way traditional MSP’s operated. I wanted to be a part of a company that was out there disrupting and setting an even better industry standard.
4. FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT MODERN MANAGED IT?
My favorite part about working at Modern Managed IT is that I get to work with an elite team of people who come from a wide variety of different backgrounds. I enjoy working with exciting and inviting people that have different experiences and stories to share everyday.
5. FUN FACT ABOUT YOU:
Most people do not know that I am an amateur woodworker. I am currently working on my first electric guitar build.

My favorite local business is hands down H-E-B.

I love to start my mornings with a bean, chorizo, and potato taco.
